★乳幼児健診・乳幼児予防接種は完全予約制★
予防接種はワクチンの在庫管理上、必ずご予約をお取りください。また子宮頸がんワクチンにつきましてはワクチン取り寄せの為、お電話にて確認を願い致します。
木曜日は、竹下 英里先生の診療となります。
